Early Access
KardOps is currently an Early Access product. By using it, you acknowledge that:
- Features may change
- Functionality may evolve
- Bugs may exist
- The product is actively improving based on customer feedback
User Responsibilities
When using KardOps, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use KardOps lawfully
- Avoid misuse or disruption of the platform
Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into KardOps. You remain responsible for maintaining accurate records and for any backups you require.
Availability
Reliability is a priority for us, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during Early Access. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
Feedback
Feature requests, suggestions, and feedback you submit during Early Access may be used to improve KardOps without additional compensation to you.
Acceptable Use
When using KardOps, you may not:

- Upload malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the platform or other users
Limitation of Liability
KardOps is provided on an “as available” basis during Early Access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KardOps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the platform.

These Terms may be updated as KardOps evolves. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of future revisions.
